01 Free cancellation
Cancel up to 14 days before your arrival date and you will receive a full refund of any amount paid, with no cancellation fee.
02 Within 14 days of arrival
If you cancel between 14 days and 48 hours before arrival, the first night of your stay is charged (or retained from your deposit). The remaining nights are refunded.
03 Within 48 hours & no-shows
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, no-shows, and early departures are charged the full value of the booking.
04 Modifying a reservation
We are happy to help you move your dates where availability allows. Please contact us as early as possible — date changes requested before the free-cancellation window are made at no charge, subject to any seasonal rate difference.
05 Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via our booking provider, AyoBook. Please allow up to 14 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
06 Peak season & exclusive bookings
Stays over major holidays, and full-villa exclusive bookings, may be subject to a longer cancellation window and a larger deposit. Any such terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
07 Force majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control — such as natural disasters, government travel restrictions or flight cancellations — please reach out to us. We will always do our best to offer a fair solution, such as rescheduling your stay or issuing a credit.
