01 Acceptance of terms
By booking a stay or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not make a booking.
02 Bookings & payment
A reservation is confirmed only once you receive a written confirmation from us. A deposit may be required to secure your dates, with the balance due as stated in your confirmation.
Rates are quoted per night and may vary by season. All payments are processed securely through our booking provider, AyoBook.
03 Check-in & check-out
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is before 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability and a possible fee.
A valid passport or government-issued ID is required at check-in for every guest.
04 Minimum stay & guests
A minimum stay of three nights applies year-round unless otherwise agreed. The number of guests must not exceed the capacity stated for your booking; additional guests must be approved by us in advance.
05 House rules
We ask all guests to respect the villa, our staff and our neighbours. Quiet hours apply from 22:00 to 07:00. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Events or parties require prior written approval.
Pets are welcome only by prior arrangement. Please use the pool and grounds responsibly; children must be supervised at all times.
06 Damage & liability
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the villa or its contents caused during their stay, beyond normal wear and tear. We may request a refundable security deposit.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for accident, injury, illness, or loss of belongings during your stay. We strongly recommend that all guests hold valid travel insurance.
07 Cancellations
Cancellations, changes and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
08 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bali, Indonesia.
